    PURPOSE:  The mission of the Absence Analytics Team is to convert data into actionable, meaningful and valuable information. The Reed Group's Absence Analytics team supports The Reed Group's Absence Clients, Operations Team, Sales Team and Account Managers in the evaluation, interpretation and development of meaningful Absence indicators.

    Responsibilities

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

    • Provide subject matter expertise regarding The Reed Group's Absence metrics and standard reporting
    • Deliver data-driven expert recommendations and best practices to clients
    • Perform ongoing data analysis to evaluate Absence program performance
    • Deliver organizational consulting to identify the key drivers of absence and corresponding recommendations
    • Perform analyses of linked data from different sources (e.g., survey, vendor data, performance, call center) to provide an integrated view of Absence program performance
    • Develop cutting edge solutions to provide multi-process clients with integrated analysis
    • Serve as liaison between the business and technology division to articulate custom reporting requirements and needs
    • Provide expert analytic consulting to operations to help improve case manager performance
    • Execute impact analysis on internal organizational interventions aimed at improving operational performance
    • Perform analyses of linked data from different sources (e.g., survey, performance, call center) to provide an integrated view of Absence program performance
    • Keep abreast of industry standards around Absence metrics and reporting
    • Other duties as assigned

     

    Qualifications

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Advanced degree preferred in one of the following fields: Statistics, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Econometrics, Quantitative Sciences, Human Resources, Organizational Development or Social Sciences
    • 6-8 years related experience
    • Strong project management skills
    • Excellent oral and written communications
    • Ability to present complex analytical concepts to clients
    • Advanced MS Office skills, including Excel and Access and PowerPoint
    • SPSS or SAS experience required
    • Tableau experience a huge plus
