    Job Summary: The Technical Account Manager (TAM) oversees the technical delivery, maintenance and expansion of leave administration solutions for clients throughout the client lifecycle.  This position provides technical, product and business knowledge to the client and internal teams to achieve client goals, strengthen client relationships and support the sales process.

    • Responsible for the overall growth, quality and satisfaction of the client’s technical experience.
    • Demonstrate a deep understanding of the client’s business needs and recommend solutions to help drive business transformation and overcome technical challenges.
    • Function as the front-line technical resource for the client and internal teams.
    • Respond to client’s technical concerns and drive the resolution of technical issues as they arise.
    • Lead technical presentations to clients and internal stakeholders; be able to articulate the value of ReedGroup’s products and services to meet client needs.
    • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Client Services and Development, to successfully deliver viable technical solutions that fulfill customer commitments and build trust.
    • Ensure that all open cases are being actively worked and progressing towards an expeditious resolution.
    • Partner with internal teams to strategize on enhancements and growth opportunities for clients.
    • Serve as the technical voice of the client and provide internal feedback on how the business can improve product and service offerings to enhance the client experience.
    • Train clients and internal team members to use products effectively.
    • Document technical requirements and schedules.
    • Escalate critical unresolved issues, including recommendations for resolution.



    • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
    • Minimum of 5 years of software or ERP configuration/implementation experience
    • Strong analytical skills regarding technical and project management issues
    • Demonstrated ability and confidence in client facing interactions
    • Ability to grasp client’s technical needs and translate into solutions involving ReedGroup products
    • Ability to communicate complex issues and technical problems clearly
    • Ability to work independently and prioritize in a highly-ambiguous & fast-paced environment
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to travel – estimated at 10-20%
