As a ReedGroup Scrum Master, you’ll need to be a fast learner, a team advocate, a multi-tasker, and a proactive communicator to get in the door. Beyond that, the successful candidate will need to effectively demonstrate and/or discuss how they embody the three primary roles essential to this position:

Servant Leader: A servant-leader focuses primarily on the growth and well-being of people and the communities to which they belong. While traditional leadership generally involves the accumulation and exercise of power by one at the “top of the pyramid,” servant leadership is different. The servant-leader shares power, puts the needs of others first and helps people develop and perform as highly as possible.

Scrum Master:  The Scrum Master is responsible for making sure a Scrum team lives by the values and practices of Scrum. The Scrum Master is considered by the organization to be the coach, process owner, and protector for the team, helping the team do the best work it possibly can.

Project Manager:  Project managers are change agents: they make project goals their own and use their skills and expertise to inspire a sense of shared purpose within the project team. They enjoy the organized adrenaline of new challenges and the responsibility of driving business results. They work well under pressure and are comfortable with change and complexity in dynamic environments. They can shift readily between the "big picture" and the small-but-crucial details, knowing when to concentrate on each.
