    PURPOSE:   The Director of Implementations is responsible for leading ReedGroup’s Professional Services Implementation team focused on rolling out ReedGroup’s Absence Management Solutions.  The role will be responsible for ensuring all client projects are executed on time and with the highest client satisfaction. The individual will manage multiple client implementation teams. This key role will build, manage and deliver high value offerings to new engagements and continued expansion of our current customers.   The position requires an individual who models the behaviors that result in quality outcomes for clients and works to develop the skills and confidence of the Professional Services team members. This position will work collaboratively with the VP, Professional Services and ReedGroup leadership to achieve company success. The role is client facing and will require experience in establishing and managing client relationships. The role will perform in both a people management capacity and a technical leadership capacity.

    Responsibilities

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

    • Planning scalable implementations for all opportunities, regardless of type or size
    • Management of the overall schedule for all ReedGroup projects
    • Managing and recruiting of the Professional Services Implementation team
    • Coach and develop Professional Services Implementation team
    • Demonstrate thought leadership in Professional Services best practices
    • Development of implementation methodology with focus on reducing/condensing the implementation time and resources required to deliver
    • Management of offshore team members
    • Assisting the Sales and Client Services teams with new opportunities to grow ReedGroup’s business
    • Work with technology leaders to evolve products and services to meet the needs of the market and clients

    OTHER DUTIES:

     

    • Attends department meetings and company meetings
    • Maintains current knowledge of technology and industry trends
    • Other duties as required.

     

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science or related field
    • 7+ years of experience managing multifunctional, large enterprise implementation teams
    • Professional Services consulting experience preferred
    • HRIS implementation experience a plus (i.e. Workday, Peoplesoft, etc.)
    • Understanding of integrated systems, process diagramming, and analysis
    • Proven experience managing technically complex, cross organizational, multi-stakeholder projects
    • Ability to translate customer business requirements into business solutions
    • Strong project management, organizational management and people management skills
    • Experience working with large functional teams preferred (e.g. offshore teams, Shared Services)
    • Professional client presence, influencing and relationship building skills
    • Demonstrated ability to quickly acquire extensive subject matter expertise
    • Occasional travel will be required (up to 25%)
