    Position Summary: The Enterprise Applications Manager is responsible for leading company-wide initiatives involving enterprise applications and collaboration tools.  Delivers reliable solutions which facilitate communication, collaboration, automated workflows, and improved business intelligence. Works closely with Sales, Marketing, Account Management, and Technical leadership to deliver first class products.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Ability to plan, prioritize, and lead initiatives and implementation of software architecture and application roadmaps
    • Oversee the day to day management and support of the application portfolio and third party services
    • Work closely with business units and stakeholders to understand business needs, define business processes, and propose technical solutions that satisfy enterprise technology needs
    • Assist in the evaluation of new applications and the information security review process
    • Provide proactive analysis & recommendations for application improvements across all applications
    • Design, implement, and support cross-application integration
    • Work with departments to oversee training and drive application adoption
    • Documents standards and procedures for enterprise application administration and maintenance


    Technical Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field
    • 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise applications (CRM, HRIS, ERP)
    • Experience with enterprise content management & collaboration tools such as SharePoint
    • Experience integrating, customizing, configuring, version control and planning of third-party software
    • Demonstrated abilities in analyzing business needs, documenting processes, and implementing solutions to streamline workflows
    • Demonstrated knowledge of emerging technologies, trends, & platforms
    • Strong ability to communicate technical information and details to a non-technical audience
    • Familiarity with both on premise and cloud-based service offerings.
    • Relevant certifications strongly preferred.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience with implementing and integrating PaaS and SaaS apps in Azure or AWS
    • Office 365 support or management experience
    • Salesforce CRM
    • Financial application support is a plus
    • Familiarity with IT frameworks such as ITIL
