We build the software (we have a large group of developers) to manage the entire work flow which is why you could easily think of us as a technology company. We also have a content business called MDGuidelines that contains treatment recommendations for best managing an employee back to work.

Overview:  The Administrative Specialist performs a high level office and mailroom administrative support duties to the Service Center in addition to data entry as needed.  Providing a high level of attention to detail when maintaining necessary related documents and files based on going and constantly changing needs of the Service Center Team. 



  1. Sort and route incoming mail and outgoing mail and transferring them to designated areas according to established procedures
  2. Tracking and logging all internal and external mail correspondence for verification and review
  3. Analyze and verify that items are addressed correctly, marked with proper postage and in suitable condition for processing using various electronic mailing machines and manual processes i.e. letter stuffers, mail scales, postage meters
  4. Upload, scan, and attach necessary documents to appropriate locations for internal access through computers, printers, scanners, and fax machines
  5. Performing physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as standing up to 50% of the time, lifting up to 20 lbs, walking, driving to the post office and handling other mail room materials
  6. Order and maintain various offices supplies based on need
  7. Maintains a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
  8. Provides back up support to other Administrative Specialists
  9. Attend department meetings and company meetings as required
  10. Other duties as required

  • Interacting with Computers/Printers/Scanners/Fax Machines-using computers, printers, scanners, and fax machines to receive and maintain incoming documentation to appropriate locations for internal access.  


  • Entry level position; prior administrative or mailroom experience preferred.
  • Demonstration of diplomacy, good judgment, professionalism and the ability to handle confidential information and the ability to handle with integrity.
