Who We Are
ReedGroup is a dynamic, fast-growing organization in a niche industry most commonly known as Third Party Administration.
We recently changed leadership and now have a new CEO and we are excited about our future. We are known for being a leader in managing leaves of absence for major companies including Fortune 100 companies. More specifically, instead of employers managing the process when an employee needs to go out on leave for FMLA (the Family Medical Leave Act) or for Short Term or Long Term Disability, we handle it for them. As a result, we have a large customer operations team of talented individuals who manage our client’s employee cases.
We build the software (we have a large department developers) to manage the entire workflow which is why you could easily think of us as a technology company. We also have a content business called MDGuidelines that contains treatment recommendations for best managing an employee back to work.
Right now, we are nearly 2,000 employees (and growing daily) with headquarters in a cool, uniquely designed space and over 10 other locations.

Marketing is a small department within this company. You’d be joining a small team (senior marketing manager, designer, copywriter/PR leader, digital marketing manager and senior leader in Corporate Communications) that gets a lot done. We work closely with the entire company and our major internal clients are Sales and Client Services.
This role reports to the VP of Marketing who has 30 years of experience on both the agency and client side. However, you are a member of a team where we all contribute and lead. This is a new role and represents a great opportunity for future advancement in the department.
Who We Are Looking For
A highly organized, dynamic individual able to coordinate the team to ensure deliverables are met. You have a natural ability to communicate effectively and not get lost in the weeds. You like working in a team and you’ll take on projects willingly if it means the team will be more effective.
You will be the coordinator of campaigns, schedules, deliverables and all tasks as needed to keep the marketing team focused on key priorities.
