Who We Are

ReedGroup is a dynamic, fast-growing organization in a niche industry most commonly known as Third Party Administration.

We recently changed leadership and now have a new CEO and we are excited about our future. We are known for being a leader in managing leaves of absence for major companies including Fortune 100 companies. More specifically, instead of employers managing the process when an employee needs to go out on leave for FMLA (the Family Medical Leave Act) or for Short Term or Long Term Disability, we handle it for them. As a result, we have a large customer operations team of talented individuals who manage our client’s employee cases.

We build the software (we have a large department developers) to manage the entire workflow which is why you could easily think of us as a technology company. We also have a content business called MDGuidelines that contains treatment recommendations for best managing an employee back to work.

Right now, we are nearly 2,000 employees (and growing daily) with headquarters in a cool, uniquely designed space and over 10 other locations.

The ReedGroup Mission

We are about helping people get back to work. Often, this means helping people through difficult times in their lives. We help doctors do their best for their patients and we help employees protect their jobs. Our mission is: We believe there's a better way to help employers increase productivity, improve healthcare quality and help employees back to productive life.

Marketing is a small department within this company. You’d be joining a small team (, designer, copywriter/PR leader, digital marketing manager, senior leader in Corporate Communications and marketing coordinator) that gets a lot done. We work closely with the entire company and our major internal clients are Sales and Client Services.

Reporting and Career Planning

This role reports to the VP of Marketing who has 30 years of experience on both the agency and client side. This role is a back fill for another team member who has been transferred to Corporate Communications.

An opportunity exists to become a Director within the organization in a year’s timeframe assuming the following performance metrics are met:

  • Demonstrated ability to lead marketing efforts on behalf of key business segments (MDG, Service, Software, Canada and ReedGroup in general)
  • Ability to create credibility among the Executive Team through highly visible interactions and opportunities (with support of the VP of Marketing)
