The Senior Corporate Recruiter provides full life-cycle recruiting to include building effective sourcing strategies, sourcing and attracting qualified individuals by utilizing traditional and advanced techniques, conducting interviews, and partnering with management to ensure the right candidates are hired. The Senior Corporate Recruiter builds relationships with candidates and management through the delivery of exceptional customer service characterized by mutual respect, understanding, and trust.



  • Identify, Interview and Hire Talent
  • Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies across the organization, including sourcing, interviewing, checking references, hiring and tracking all levels of employees.
  • Attract applicants by placing job advertisements and actively sourcing talent; coordinate and participate in job fairs, open houses, interviews and other recruiting events.
  • Review and analyze resumes, pre-screen qualified applicants and arrange for follow up phone screens and in-person interviews with hiring team.
  • Provide status report of recruiting activities to appropriate stakeholders and provide interviewing and retention training to management as needed.
  • Extend and negotiate offers of employment.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking system (iCims) and HRIS.
  • Process pre-employment checks for candidates, including background checks, drug screens and reference checks.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of and compliance with EEOC and other legal and regulatory guidelines as related to hiring and employment.
  • Work with HR team members to align compensation strategy with the market.
  • Develop and maintain appropriate job descriptions in conjunction with management. Perform job analysis as needed.
  • Mentors junior recruiter(s) to help improve overall Talent Acquisition brand.
  • Responsible for other functions as assigned by management.




  • Coordinate with HR Leadership to exceed company goals and objectives.
  • Assist in development of corporate culture that aligns with company values.
  • Other duties as needed.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or other related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with full life-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, communicating and partnering with hiring managers, creating offer letters, conducting background investigations, negotiating offers, and initiating new hire forms.
  • Experience with interview techniques including behavioral and/or job-related knowledge, skills, and abilities.
  • Proficient in utilizing social media platforms to source talent.
  • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent time management, organizational, computer and multi-task/project management skills.
  • Must have a strong sense of urgency.
  • Combination of corporate recruiting and staffing agency experience preferred.
