More specifically, instead of employers managing the process when an employee needs to go out on leave for FMLA (the family medical leave act) or for Short Term or Long Term Disability, we handle it for them. As a result we have a large customer operations team of talented individuals who manage our client’s employee cases.

We build the software (we have a large group of developers) to manage the entire work flow which is why you could easily think of us as a technology company. We also have a content business called MDGuidelines that contains treatment recommendations for best managing an employee back to work.

The Sharepoint Administrator is responsible for leading company-wide initiatives involving enterprise applications and collaboration tools. Delivers reliable solutions which facilitate communication, collaboration, automated workflows, and improved business intelligence.   Works closely with Sales, Marketing, Account Management, and Technical leadership to deliver first class products.


Who we’re looking for:

You’re an expert at integrating applications, building workflows, and configuring collaboration tools. You’ve found a reason to script or automate everything. You have demonstrated expertise working with enterprise-class tools such as Sharepoint and Salesforce.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Plans, designs, and develops and application installations in a multi-instance environment.
  • Implements and maintains the architecture necessary for integration between
  • application systems.
  • Functions as the lead on projects to architect, implement or enhance, and test systems and applications to meet dynamic business needs. Performs complex configuration, change management and testing activities to support a service-oriented architecture and integration between all applications.
  • Develops high-level project plans, timelines, dependencies, and budgetary estimates which support short- and long-term plans.
  • Combines a thorough understanding of common business processes and expert knowledge of technical best practices to deliver Office 365 Sharepoint solutions which help drive collaboration and efficiency across the enterprise.
  • Responsible for architecture, deployment, and oversight of routine SharePoint administration activities; provides administrative guidance to Systems Administrators and technical support for major outages where advanced technical expertise is required.
  • Maintains short- and long-term plans for the development, consolidation, and adoption of SharePoint sites and services
  • Documents standards and procedures for enterprise application administration and maintenance


  • 5+ years of experience designing and maintaining enterprise-class SharePoint solutions.
  • Thorough understanding of SharePoint platform, including common features and functionality like intelligent search, forms and workflows, application integrations, collaboration services, document management, portals and dashboards, and security groups and permissions.
  • Working knowledge of Office 365 Sharepoint Online
  • Familiarity with both on premise and cloud-based service offerings.
  • Relevant certifications strongly preferred.
